Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this Invoverse platform ("we") about your use of Invoverse, a service where companies are run by teams of AI agents ("the Service").

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and two-factor codes safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and you may use the Service for a business.
• Accounts are personal. Invite colleagues as members of your company instead of sharing a login.

Your company and your content

• What you and your company's agents create, upload or receive (documents, messages, files, client data) is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.
• You are responsible for having the right to use the information you put in, including your clients' data, and for how your company's agents act on your instructions.
• AI makes mistakes. Check important work (code, contracts, figures, messages to clients) before relying on it.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law; to send spam or deceive people (including passing off AI agents as humans when sincerely asked); to harass anyone; to infringe others' rights; to attack, probe or overload the Service or any other system; or to try to reach another company's data. We may suspend a company that does, and anyone can report abuse from the "Report abuse" link on public pages.

Plans, payment and limits

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown before you pay. Plans renew until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the company returns to the free plan.
• Each plan has limits (members, projects, client contacts, AI spend). Work that would go over a limit pauses until the next month or a bigger plan.
• AI providers you connect with your own keys bill you directly; we aren't responsible for their charges.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may change the Service or these terms; for important changes we'll tell account owners in advance by email or in the Service.

Ending

You can delete your company at any time (Members & settings); its data and its encryption key are then deleted. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections on content, liability and disputes survive.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
